TMJ PAIN
“How to End TMJ Pain, Fast - Without Having Your Jaw Broken, Using Nightguards or Calling Your Dentist”

If you’re living with TMJ pain that keeps you awake at night, you’ve probably already tried muscle relaxants, Botox, expensive neck pillows, orthodontic devices, and more. You’ve seen an ear, nose, and throat specialist, chiropractor, neurologist, and sleep specialist and had second, third and fourth opinions from various dentists and dental surgeons.
You’re all out of options.
Wrong.
It’s hard to believe when you’ve seen so many doctors and spent so much money on devices, procedures, and complementary therapies, and you still have TMJ pain. But there is another way.
Dangerous jaw surgery is NOT your only option.
We’re here to radically change the story and help you get out of pain fast.
We help patients suffering from Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorder – who feel like they’ve exhausted all possible treatment options – every day.
These patients can’t concentrate, have no patience with their kids, their relationship is failing, and they can’t get to sleep at night without taking a sedative. They’re miserable. TMJ pain haunts them every waking hour.
They miss out on career and business opportunities. Don’t make sporting achievements and underachieve in all areas of life due to the all-consuming nature of chasing a cure for TMJ pain that has no apparent cause.
They are the walking dead – tired, cranky, and at the end of their rope.
They come to us feeling desperate but skeptical about whether we can cure their TMJ pain because they’ve tried many things before.
Research Shows that Conservative, reversible, treatment is the best way to treat TMJ Disorder
But our success rate speaks for itself, and once they try us and put our knowledge about TMJ disorders to the test, they never look back.
Everything is possible again.
All our patients have different triggers and root causes for their TMJ pain, but one thing they all want to know is:
“Why Is This Happeni
“Why Is This Happening To Me?”...
or
“Why Am I Still Suffering With TMJ Pain After Putting Up With It For 6 Months (Maybe More)?”
Well, most TMJ patients initially think it’s a temporary thing that will go away on its own, so they put it to the back of their minds.
Even after a couple of weeks of daily jaw pain, they believe it’ll dissipate and get better on its own… But six months later, they can’t think straight because the unrelenting pain and stiffness just won’t let up.
Maybe you did do something about it and went to see your dentist. The pain is coming from your mouth, right? So, it would make sense to see a dentist. But after multiple appointments, painful dental work, and tooth extractions (that you probably didn’t need). Then, following uncomfortable nightguards and 12 months+ of aligners, your teeth are flawless, but you STILL have TMJ pain.
Now, two different dentists recommend surgery because you’re still in pain, and they’re all out of ideas. But your family physician disagrees because you’ve had MRIs, X-Rays, and CT scans that show no abnormalities, while other specialists say you have 10 abnormalities showing in your images.
It’s confusing, right? You want to end the pain because it’s getting harder and harder to paint on a smile when you’re quietly enduring daily jaw pain and stiffness. But you don’t want unnecessary surgery. Your well-meaning friends and relatives all have conflicting advice too. So many people offer advice on TMJ pain because they claim to have had it themselves or know somebody who has. But sadly, very little of this anecdotal advice is credible because every case of TMJ pain is different. For example, the cause of your TMJ pain could be entirely different from theirs.
This type of advice can also lead you down dark alleys of believing that your TMJ pain is self-inflicted because you “work too hard” or “worry too much.” But like most of the patients we see, your TMJ pain is just as likely to be caused by something completely unrelated to any of these things. So instead, you need a professional TMJ therapist to help you find and treat the root cause.
We take a complete medical history and take you through a set of exercises that allow us to evaluate how you use your head, neck, shoulders, and jaw muscles. All of which help us uncover what is causing your TMJ pain.
But the most important thing to remember is that TMJ pain isn’t normal – you don’t have to put up with it, even if you are naturally anxious or work long hours.
If You’re Currently Living With TMJ Pain, Here are 7 Reasons Why It Could Be Lasting Longer Than It Should:
- You thought it would go away, so you ignored it.
- Friends told you that you can do nothing about it, so you should "grin and bear it."
- You went to your doctor, but the pain pills they gave you upset your stomach.
- You saw an ENT, Dentist, or Chiropractor. Still, even they didn't have any answers, and after a few expensive visits: you gave up.
- You tried "TMJ self massage" exercises, hoping that you could "relax" your jaw yourself a home.
- You did as the MD said and took more rest, but it made your jaw pain and stiffness worse.
- You decided to try a massage to relieve tension and reduce jaw pain. Still, the minimal effects only lasted for a couple of hours…
- Mouth guard tried, did not help, actually made things worse etc
